CHM Club is the official loyalty program for
hotels under Cititel Hotel Management,
created to reward members with points,
perks, and privileges every time they stay.
St. Giles, Cititel, Cititel Express, and
MiCasa All Suites Hotel are proudly part of
the CHM Club program.
You can sign up easily through our official
website at www.chmclub.com.
Your membership is activated immediately
upon successful enrolment. You’ll receive a
Welcome Email, after which you can log in
and start booking right away.
Membership is valid for 24 months from the
date of enrolment. It will automatically
renew if you complete at least one stay
during this period. If no stays are recorded
within 24 consecutive months, your
membership will be deactivated.
Yes. CHM Club has three tiers: Basic, Elite,
and Preferred, each offering unique
benefits. Visit www.chmclub.com for full
details.
You can upgrade by accumulating eligible
room nights within 12 months. If the
required number of eligible nights is not
met, your tier will be downgraded
accordingly.
An eligible room night is any night spent at
a participating hotel when booked directly
through the hotel’s official channels
(website, phone, email, or walk-in) at
qualifying room rates.
Points are earned on completed stays booked
directly through official hotel channels
using the email linked to your CHM Club
account. Bookings through OTAs, government,
or group rates are not eligible. You don’t
have to be the staying guest, but the
booking must be under your registered email.
Points are valid for 24 months from the date
they’re credited to your account. Points
earned through special promotions may have
different validity periods—check your
account for details.
Points can be redeemed for free hotel stays
through www.chmclub.com. If you don’t have
enough points, you may pay the balance in
cash or by card upon check-in. You can also
redeem points for vouchers via our Rewards
Catalogue.
Yes, but please note that points used for
such bookings are non-refundable.
If your points aren’t reflected within five
working days post-checkout, submit a “Report
Missing Points” form under “My Account and
Rewards” on the CHM Club website. We’ll
investigate and respond within 10 working
days.
No, CHM Club points and room nights are
non-transferable.
