[a] The Organiser is giving out five (5) Rimowa Original Cabin Luggage with personalized luggage tag.
[b] The Event will be held from 6 January 2025 to 31 March 2025.
[c] The objective of the Event is to reward members of CHM Club and drive the number of “Engagement” and interaction on CHM Club Instagram official page: https://www.instagram.com/chm.club?igsh=MXBtNzcyc2J3bmJiNA==

Event Period:
The Event will be held from the date of posting of the Event on CHM Club official Instagram page from 12am,6 January 2025 until 11.59pm, 31 March 2025. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, suspend or vary the Event at any time at its sole discretion without any notice whatsoever and without any liability howsoever arising.
5. Eligibility:
[a] The Event is open to CHM Club members ONLY.
[b] The CHM Club member must complete a Qualifying Stay at any of the Participating Hotel and submits a valid entry in accordance with the Entry Procedure. “Qualifying Stay” means a stay at any of the Participating Hotels under eligible room rates for eg. Best Available Rate, Rack Rate, Promotional Rate, Corporate Rate, Long Stay Rate, or other packages stated in the respective Participating Hotel’s websites or the CHM Club website. The stay must be completed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the relevant Participating Hotel during the Event Period.
[c] The following persons are not eligible to participate in the Event: -
[i] an employee of the Organiser (including its subsidiaries and related companies as defined under Section 5, 6 and 7 of Companies Act 2016) and the employee’s immediate family members; and
[ii] event organisers, advertising agencies and vendors and suppliers who are directly involved in any way whatsoever with the Event.
Language of the Event:
The Event and all communication for the Event shall be in the English language.
Entry Procedure:
[a] A participant is required to take a photo of himself/herself only or as a couple or as a group, with clear view of the relevant Participating Hotel or any part thereof as the background and post it on his/her Instagram account with the hashtag #CHMClub and #, e.g. #CHMClub #CititelMidValley; and
[b] Ensure the photo posting is set as ‘Public”; and
[c] Like & Follow the CHM Club Instagram page;
by the Entry Deadline to be considered a complete entry for the Event. A Participant may submit multiple entries during the Event Period. However, a Participant can only win once or entitled to one (1) Prize. Any subsequent wins declared/notified, will automatically be void.
Entry Deadline:
Entries must be received by the Organiser on or before 11:59pm on 31 March 2025. Time is of essence and entries received after the stipulated time and date of the Event Period, shall be disqualified from the Event and no queries or objections shall be entertained.
Prize:
One (1) Rimowa Original Cabin Luggage with personalized luggage tag worth RM6,800 for each winner.
10. Prize Entitlement:
[a] Five (5) Participants who comply with the Entry Procedure will be picked by random draw as the winners and result thereto shall be final and binding.
[b] The winners will be notified via email and phone call within 4–6 weeks after the Event Period (“Notification Period”) and the winners will be required to provide their name as per Identification Card (NRIC), Identification Card (NRIC) number and such other required details for verification on their eligibility.
11. Prize Collection:
[a] The Prize must be collected from the Collection Venue during Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm within Three (3) months from the date of notification by the Organiser via email (subject to successful verification of eligibility) and the winners must present the email and identification card for verification and validation, failing which the Prize will automatically be withdrawn and the winners shall not have any claims whatsoever against the Organiser. Winners must confirm their preferred collection date with the Organiser no less than 10 working days in advance.
[b] Alternatively, the Organiser may at the winner’s request, deliver the Prize to the winner at the winner’s own cost SUBJECT to the winner providing complete delivery address in Malaysia only, and that delivery will be at the winner’s own risks. Upon proof of delivery, the winner shall be deemed to have received the Prize in good condition and the Organiser shall be fully discharged of its obligations. The winner shall not have any claims whatsoever against the Organiser.
12. Collection Venue: St. Giles Boulevard Hotel, Kuala Lumpur
13. Other Conditions: [a] A Participant is deemed to have read and agreed to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of CHM Club website and Instagram and all applicable laws before submitting an entry or participating in the Event.
[b] Participants are reminded that whenever they click “like”, or post any message on CHM Club Instagram page, Participants create a connection with CHM Club Instagram page, which can be viewed from the Participants’ timeline and which enables the Organiser and other Instagram users to access the Participants’ information that the Participants have chosen to make public.
[c] Participation in the Event and any use/enjoyment of the Prize or any other matter(s) arising from the Event shall be at the sole risk (including, without limitation, for any negligence that may be attributable to any of the Indemnified Persons), cost and expense of the Participant. The Organiser and the other Indemnified Persons :- (i) are not an agent or partner of any third party that may be referred to or relied upon for or in the Event, and (ii) do not howsoever represent, warrant, endorse or recommend the quality, safety, suitability or satisfaction or otherwise of a product or service of or by such third party.
[d] Participants must refrain from any actions that would violate the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission Act 2009. This includes offering, giving, receiving or soliciting anything of value to illicitly influence decisions within the Organiser. Breach of this clause renders a Participant’s entry void and ineligible for any Prize.
[e] Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organiser and its subsidiaries, representatives, servants, employees and agents (collectively, “Indemnified Persons”) from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses arising out of or in connection with the Event and the entries submitted, in respect of:
[i] violation of any third-party rights, including defamation charges; or
[ii] any unauthorized disclosure and/or access to any personally identifiable information; or
[iii] breach of any of the terms and conditions of the Event, the terms and conditions of CHM Club Instagram Page, or of any law, code or regulation.
Additionally, Participants hereby agree and acknowledge that the Organiser may, in its sole discretion, display the screenshots, photos, images and other information in the submitted entries, in any manner whatsoever, whole or in part, distorted in character, form or otherwise, in the Organiser, Participating Hotels and/or CHM Club’s website, Instagram page and/or as marketing and promotional materials.
Decision of the Organiser in relation to the Event and/or the entries submitted shall be final.
[f] The terms and conditions of the Event shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia.
